Great service experience, electronic shifting had died, was not communicating after replacing battery. One of the battery receptacle prongs had bent, technician was able to identify promptly and repair, and have the bike back on the road with minimal drama.

I came in to purchase my first bicycle in over 10 years so I was basically starting from scratch. The customer service II received from Efren R was outstanding. It’s the best service I’ve received from any retailer (not just bicycle related) in the past 10-15 years. Efren allowed me to test ride the bike (FX Sport 5) then helped me select all the accessories and essentials needed to ride it safely.
Trek on Broadway is the best. Efren always takes excelent care of his customers. Great store!
