Efren, Tim and the whole team were great!! Late on a Saturday they made time to make sure every customer was taken care of…juggling things to get bike buying customers, those for maintenance, and even one-off purchase taken care of. This is a rare in a bike shop and much appreciated.

The broadway location took the time to walk me threw cycling bicycle types tires to seats the really took the time to make sure my purchase would be an investment rather than a regret. Much better customer service than I was able to get compared to the San Pedro location.
