I stopped in with a bike whose pedal came off. The repair guy got on it right away, rethreaded the flywheel and reattached the pedal. He told me no charge. This wasn’t even a bike I bought there! Exceptional and outstanding service.

I like Trek’s wide variety of great bicycles - road, gravel, mountain, e-bike, you name it, and they have it from very affordable to very expensive and everything in between. My sales representative, Tim, was an experienced expert with decades of cycling experience. He knew everything about the products and was patient and thorough in making sure we got the right bicycle at the right price. Your service crew is the most knowledgeable compared to all the other bike shops I've had to deal with. They take their time with each customer and they've even been able to save me some money when their service or repair was not as severe as I thought it was going to be.
