Your service crew is the most knowledgeable compared to all the other bike shops I've had to deal with. They take their time with each customer and they've even been able to save me some money when their service or repair was not as severe as I thought it was going to be.

Excellent products and great service with a fair price.
Great service experience, electronic shifting had died, was not communicating after replacing battery. One of the battery receptacle prongs had bent, technician was able to identify promptly and repair, and have the bike back on the road with minimal drama.
