We really like our local Trek bike store for maintenance and repairs. We were purchasing kids bikes and it was easy for us to browse online to see all types of bikes that were available.
It was very convenient to ship a bike to the store and also pick up one they had in stock.

My trek dealer located @ 19 Main Street Warrenton va has been my go to for the past 30 or so years, started buying my trek bmx bikes there and it has slowly evolved into everything else. Very knowledgeable and great help with everything trek

My shop in Cobble Hill in Brooklyn, even though it's part of a large firm, the people there are really warm and helpful. Even given the inevitable turnover in staffing, everyone steps up, in both service and sales, to be welcoming and helpful. As a Wisconsinite transplanted to NYC, that feels very Wisconsin to me.

Love that you are doing challenges, but the May 4 t-shirts seemed like blems. Shirt was too loose in the neck and didn’t even say trek on it.

I love both my Trek bicycles and also my local bike shop, Ernie’s. The Trek app is also really really good, with great rewards.
