I love coming to the Parkview Y, the facility is fantastic. It's always clean and the staff at the desk are so friendly and welcoming. I love the community feeling of the Y. I come 5-6 days a week and use the sauna, steam room, and hot tub which are nice. I take water aerobic classes and we have a great group of participants. I love the Y.

I was impressed with the architecture. It was impressive. No one greeted me, which is unlike Central. No one offered me a guide to the facility. I had to ask patrons where things were. I did talk to an employee who was folding towels in the weight room. She was very helpful. I immediately noticed the wear and tear on the machines. I take this to be the number of patrons who use this facility, but it is much newer than Central, so that confuses me. The patrons at Central are much friendlier. Upper-class people (more affluent) do not like to interact with other people for various reasons. Central patrons are willing to help you if they see you are having trouble with something or doing it wrong. Hey, it was my first time, so perhaps I am too critical. I loved it. Especially when I found out that there was a steam room. I definitely will use your facility again. CLEANLINESS stuck out, but Central is just as clean, but your Y is newer. It is farther away from my home, but I will make the effort. I do not let snooty people deter me. I talk to everyone, and I have not been rebuffed yet.

They’re always very sweet to my kids. Super consistent with a secure check out policy. I feel very safe leaving my kids with them.
My son doesn't have much interaction with children of his age. So we use child watch as an opportunity for him to be around other children. He's always excited to go, and happy when he leaves (if he's not upset because we have to leave) I think child watch alone makes having a membership worth it.
I love the variety of classes. My favorite is stretch and flex with Andrea.
Scholarships and the staff that doesn't work behind the counter. Some of your staff is very rude especially when you arrive at the Guest Services Counter. Although, I love the Parkview YMCA most for the STEAM room & the quality of cleanliness! The atmosphere of Christian BIBLICAL value is KEY at helping it to be a great POSITIVE place to continue raising my children in!
They keep the weight room clean, relatively spacious, and well-equipped!
