We don't go to childwatch as much, but I can tell you that the staff there is as good as it gets! It feels good that I can totally trust them with my kids.
The layout of the gym is wonderful! And the community there is even better! It is truly my home away from home!
I just like the well equipped facility with machines that work smoothly and efficiently. I also like the multiple locations of YMCAs in Fort Wayne. I live between the Parkview Y and the Jackson Lehman Y. Very convenient depending on my day's plans. Thanks for your care of the facilities.
Both me and my son like the Parkview YMCA mostly for the walking track, and the sauna, the pool, and the hot tub. Both of us come to the Parkview YMCA on Fridays.
We also utilize the Columbia City YMCA. I really like their exercise machines (Intela-stride, Life Fitness Ab-Crunch, Life Fitness row machine, Life fitness Calf Extension, Life Fitness Hip Abduction/Hip Adduction, Life fitness Leg Press).
One thing I would love to see is the Columbia City YMCA Improved adding a hot tub, and improving the upstairs track.
I was invited into a Zumba (?) class by a very congenial instructor and I enjoyed the experience!

Friendly people and cleanliness
I think the group classes are nice - no pressure, a lot of different levels, great instructors. I have met a lot of new friends in the classes.
Some much is offered and available to do. Easy to look up the schedule of classes
Clean, well staffed (friendly and knowledgable), many different programs available for seniors
I love to walk the track at all the Y's. It doesn't feel like a fitness gym. There are so many programs for all ages. All of the employees are so helpful and kind. The only suggestion that I have is to add a chair yoga class. Keep up the good work!!!

Friendly staff, indoor walking track. Plenty of free weights and weight machines. I haven't tried any classes yet but I plan on it!

I have the pleasure of using the Parkview facility in the early morning during the week. Several of the staff members are kind, friendly and welcoming. A thank you to Maren, Natalie, Austin, Linda, Cameron, Brenden, Aleesha, Deonte, and Bridget, Don, and Taylor (aquatics) for their smiles and conversation. They assets to the Y.
This Y is far and beyond the Y here in Van Wert. I refuse to go there. I’ve tried but it’s so outdated. I miss the Fort Wayne Y’s big time.
