A complete facility for all your physical fitness needs. Love all the staff that works there. It is convenient with easy access off Dupont Road.
The outside walking track is in a beautiful setting around Solomon Farm and provides a great way to get walking exercise.
Important for me is the social aspect of meeting people like me who have similar life's experiences and interests.
I love the water classes.

Layla was a fantastic instructor! My baby went from crying every time she got in the pool to kicking and splashing by the last week. Layla was very patient, kind, and enthusiastic.
