I have been utilizing the Y services for the past 6Yrs and find the workouts are beneficial to my well being. Instructors are friendly and help keep me motivated. The Three days I attend are always a priority. I would recommend to any one the benefits of exercise.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility has a great variety of equipment and opportunities for exercise and enjoyment, enrichment and all-around growth. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness throughout the building.

I haven't been there much lately. But when I am there, I'm able to do my workout without waiting. The machines seem to be well-maintained. There is an emphasis on keeping things clean to protect health. People are considerate of each other.

We recently moved back into the area and wanted to find somewhere with great staff and a clean facility for our daughter to play while we work out. We definitely found that place! The staff are patient, kind, and always answers all of our questions! The facility is always clean and well put together. My daughter loves to go to the ymca to play and interact with staff!
