Going in the early morning time is so convenient. The equipment is up dated and I just love the quality. The quite and peace time in the early morning workout.

I like the diversity of the members
I love that the lights stay on and the music stays off so everyone can listen to wrist they want. The sauna is a big plus. Equipment is clean and everyone who works there is SO friendly which makes me want to come!

The Y is a great versatile centre where people from all walks of life, whom i have met at Central, get their sparks for vitality. Personally, the variety of work out sessions and classes, offered by dedicated and well trained coaches, are appreciated, I simply do not know of any place that can top the offerings at the Central Branch YMCA.

I like the Silver Sneakers class at 10:00. I like the track and I use the ARC and rowing machines. I Love the windows upstairs to see over the city. I also use the stretching room but wish there was a 10lb kettle ball. It disappeared several months ago!
The loving staff, especially Carrie Fiepel, She does her job with the most care and attention and a beautiful attitude and smile.
