In April, it will be 21 years I have been coming to the Central YMCA. It is where I am most comfortable with the friendliest people.
I enjoyed the Wellness for Life Coaching with Deb. She was uplifting and gave resources and nudges when needed. I am also encouraged by the number and variety of classes available to help strengthen my body to support dance training.

Variety of equipment abailable
The 2 ladies working childwatch were great. This was on a Wednesday at 9:30am when Childwatch opens. Felt that my child was safe with them!

I love it that the mgr. of the front desk crew went to the effort to go to the conference room to find my sweater that had been missing for a week.

Larger area to do abs maybe replace some of the benches in the free weight room. Other than that great gym!
I enjoy the variety of classes available, the user friendly egym, and the convenient 24 access. Not a fan of having to pay to park in the garage, so I usually only visit this location if there is street parking available.

I use the pool for Aqua Zumba with Dora and Aqua Variety with Kate. I’m going on four years with these classes. The people in the class are great to exercise with.
