The classes offered, the size of the building( though I wish there was just a bit more room for another yoga class!), the cleanliness of the4 building ,,,absolutely spot on always, and he friendliness of the staff who always make you feel not only welcome but important.
Being a member of the YMCA has gotten me through my journey of life’s challenges, conflicts, choices and disappointments. This Christian environment has helped me to propelled forward. The staff, (unknown to my state of mind) greet me with a welcoming attitude and showing excitement that I walked thru the door! They are extremely accommodating and patient. It has become my "go to" place to be around others with their positive attitudes/conversations or put on my earphones and watch TV.
I enjoy walking in the late morning hours where it is quiet. But then if I walk in the afternoon I enjoy the music being played in different groups and it puts that extra spark in my walk. Staff always welcoming.

I like the layout, the indoor track with the city view, the treadmill/cardio equipment area with the city view, the basement free weight room, and everyone from the employees to the members are always nice.
Libby's Saturday morning yoga class is just what I need after a long week, and she is a very patient teacher for all experience levels.
Excellent YMCA!! Friendly staff, always helpful. Adult class are challenging and rewarding. Classes start on time and end on time. I would like to see more Zumba classes but over all an excellent Y!!

We’ve been coming to the downtown Y For many years. We love the atmosphere and have made many life long friends. Enjoy the classes offered and hope it doesn’t change too much. We live much closer to the Southwest YMCA but still come downtown.

The staff makes the Y. Most everyone is super friendly, especially the front desk. Always helpful.

My family feels very safe here, it’s five minutes from home, staff is always so kind, when my kids were little we used child watch, my son now swims for the Sharks, and I use all the gym facilities. We LOVE Central Y!

I like that I'm greeted every morning when I walk in and am told to have a good day when I leave. I need to probably take more time to get to know the names of the staff, but the fact they do this feels good to me.
The people are great! Staff and members alike, the crowd downtown is friendly. I like to feel part of that community.

I love the water aerobics at the downtown location. 10/10 do recommend to all my friends. The last month and a half have been life changing. Kate and Dora are magical humans who do such a great job of caring for their community. Also love the early mornings. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are always spotless. Just all around a magical place. Can’t thank y’all enough. And huge shout out to Eddie Blue for hooking me up with the membership!! He’s really out here caring for his community!!
The YMCA is the first place I have ever felt like I was truely a part of something. It has gotten me into self care though working out which previously i was not into the gym environment. It has carried me through some tough stuff.

The Central Y is a very convenient location. I like the smaller venue compared to the larger facilities out in the suburbs. Amazing, professional and friendly instructors leading the group exercise sessions.
