Everyone at the Central Y is so friendly. I love Kate Black’s Aqua Variety Class. She is so knowledgeable about the body and the exercises we do for its benefit. And we have fun while working out in the water. Don, the lifeguard for that class, is great - very helpful and tuned in to what is happening in the pool. My Y experience is a positive and comfortable one and I have made some great new friends there. Thank you Central Y!

I very much appreciate the versatility of the central branch and the supply of equipment that is available however, all of that is actually secondary to the importance of the people who work there who come to be top-notch in their approach and responses to what is going on at the Y

I have been a member for over 40 the first Y I visited was downtown branch and I'm still there.Although I had been in an other branch es downtown facility is home for me.
It was a good experience for our family. It was easy to sign up on-line and my kids got plenty of instruction time because the classes weren’t overcrowded
It’s a great facility. Easy access in downtown. Lots of amenities. It’s one of my favorite Y’s.
The men’s health facilities with Sauna, towel and laundry service.
The staff are excellent, courteous and knowledgeable.

great equipment in the basement. I wish they would fix the ceiling that is all rusted out and looks dangerous though.
