The salesperson that worked with me was very good. He was a runner that knows shoes.
Nathan was excellent in helping me pick out shoes. The fitting was awesome, and I already love my new shoes. I didn't know that I should have been sizing up, but I am glad I did. There was a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from. Super happy I went!

The personalized expertise shown by the staff gave me confidence in my decision as they quickly helped me find a great fitting running shoe in a brand that I would have never considered previously. I learned a lot about my feet and why my previous shoes rubbed in the wrong spots. I learned that the “popular” or most advertised brands are not always the best fitting for my feet, but they still had them available so I could see for myself. My son came, too, and we both left with great shoes in about half an hour.

I have been to the store numerous times in search of replacements for two models of shoes I love. I was told by multiple associates that they weren’t in stock at the time & they weren’t certain the store was restocking. Kayla assisted me the final visit & was the first to offer to dig into whether the models would be restocked. One is not being restocked but the other was & she immediately called me when they came available in store. She had kept my size & made sure a pair was set aside the day they arrived. Kayla is the reason I come back to Fleet Feet and do not just order online or with other retailers!
