Most of the classes I’ve attended are full of people just like me. Seniors who are trying to stay active and social with others.
Very clean, well-maintained facility. Areas well marked and easy to navigate. Staff friendly and very helpful. Handicap shower facilities are very spacious.

This branch has a fantastic childwatch! All the workers are great and my kid loves going there to play. We have tried many of the other branches for some of their group ex classes, but my toddler says she only likes this childwatch! The ladies seem to truly care about the kids and I feel my babies are safe! 10/10 recommend for childwatch!
For the y as a whole, I wish there were some other classes to try in the PM. Like a step class or cycling in the PM or just some variety!
I use the upstairs walking path several times a week.

Great place to work out
Gym was clean and uncrowded. Staff was very welcoming and explained some of the site-specific policies to me as a newcomer to this location. I look forward to making this location a regular part of my weekly routine.
I didn't realize that there was an app available to track my progress.
