I love e-gym, and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
I come to this gym because, in my opinion, it’s the best. I live on the north side of the city and I’ve visited four different YMCA locations, and this one stands out as the best. The childcare is excellent, and the staff is very kind and caring. The facility is always clean, and the people are very respectful. The pool is also at a perfect temperature. The only thing I would suggest is adding more classes, but overall, it’s great. I will definitely keep coming.

What's needed—more free weight. More classes that start at 6 AM.

Donna, Art and the other coaches and participants in the Pickleball Skill Drills class all were very friendly, welcoming and shared a lot of good information about how to play the sport. The drills were very helpful. Playing a couple of games at the end allowed me to practice what I had learned. I hope to attend the class again in the future. Thank you for offering it!

This place is huge and has a lot to offer. There is a lot of options. You more than likely should get a tour and look at the place. Believe it or not. But I got lost in the Locker room/ rest room. I went in one door to wash my hands then walked out of a different door and couldn’t find my husband. I looked like a rat in a maze. Lol. Anyone would like this one. Thanks for the ladies at the desk, they were kind and helpful.

I usually go to a different Y but I am babysitting for my daughter this week and that is why I went to Southwest Y and I am enjoying it here.
