Replacement tank, with operating guage, was installed pronto. For that I would score a 10. Was told gas would be the next day--a Friday. It is now Sunday and no delivery. I know it's the weekend but I'm limping along on just he gas that came with the tank. Should probably call you on Monday to make sure we are on the delivery list.
Delivery is automatic which is very helpful.
Misty did a great job of communication once I was able to actually speak to her. Other lady in office didn’t pass on 3 messages I left and seemed more interested in telling me how( long 24 yrs ) she has been with company. Oh and when I called to speak to my long time contact you rushed me off the phone when my long time contact was off . Not a big fan of that part of the customer service . She was very polite but not helpful.

Your service personel were promp, found that the guage was not broken but the float was, and replaced the tank. Highly efficient. Thanks so much for all the troubleshooting and replacement. You are the best. 5 stars!!!!!
