I discovered a small gas leak at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. My propane manifold did not have a shutoff for that zone (it does now!). Freeman arrived at my house within the hour! They installed a shutoff and will be back with parts to complete the job next week. Well done.

I like the staff at Clyde..Canto. nc location. All the staff and Angie are awesome. The yearly fees seem expensive. If I use less gas, yearly goes up seems crazy.

Good prices and good service. It is still very hard to know when a delivery will happen. I specifically specified that the delivery should not be made on Thursday, but at 9:45 AM on Thursday the delivery truck arrived! It worked out OK, but I was late for my appointment that morning. You need to do a better job of providing some sort of idea of when deliveries will take place.

The gentleman that came out to fill my tank took the time to explain the percentage of gas in the tank and was every pleasant.
Consistently prompt and courteous service at reasonable prices since moving to Waynesville in 2012.
The service man refilling my mom's tank, noticed a problem, which he reported. Darryl came out within a few days to fix the problem and do a check for gas leaks. He took the time to speak extensively with me about possible problems and how they check for them. Thankfully, all was OK and no leak. Very very satisfied customer here.
