Their customer service is the best. When I screwed up the signing up for automatic billing, I got a call asking me if I'd meant to pay through auto or check. I was very happy to get that call as, due to my error, I'd skipped a month. So now all is settled and I am very happy.

I don't have to worry about ordering gas, due to automatic delivery drop and payment is based on Freeman notifying my bank of invoice amount, with automatic payment. Freeman will service my gas operated equipment when asked and they schedule repair person to handle.
Representatives in awesome are fantastic. Now just waiting on Bill so I can pay. That part is slow and need to know amount to pay for discount. I know of an individual who missed discount because he did not receive bill until it was too late to get discount to pay early

I ran out of gas for my tankless water heater; therefore, I called the next morning to request a delivery to my house. I had an appointment within three hours of calling the office. The lady I talked to was very understanding of my situation. She placed a work order for me to get a delivery first thing.
The driver came promptly and filled my propane tank and relit the burner. It was a matter of a minute until I had hot water! Yay! He was professional and very nice. I’m so grateful for Freeman Gas being so attentive to me. Otherwise my husband and I would have had to cancel both of our appointments due to no hot water. Keep up to good work!
