The local people worked hard to take care of my needs in a timely manner. The manager, Brad and office manager Amanda were very helpful and so was the driver. They need more employees and need the Clyde office reopened. Call centers don’t work. They don’t answer the phone and if they do, they tell you don’t have an account with them. They don’t know us or what they are doing when they are not local. That happened to me this past week. I am soo thankful that the sylva location was open and Amanda and the manager could help me as in fact I do have an account. The person at the call center that picked up an hour later did not know what they were doing. So to the powers that be, please listen to your employees on the ground. They need more help and know what they’re are doing. So thankful for my local Freeman employees that helped me.

I like the pay by month for the whole year. I like the fact you have a show room, with fireplaces, and other gas appliances. I like that you have a service department. The only problem is that sometimes I run out of gas before the delivery.
You are very reliable in delivering. We don’t worry about running out of gas.
