The appointment to repair my fireplace (mostly cleaning) was scheduled to fit my calendar, the assigned technician arrived in a timely fashion and completed the work. So far, so good on the fireplace although I may have waited too long in the season to get the work done. That is on me and not on Freeman.

Freeman Gas, formerly Mountain Energy, has been our supplier since our arrival in late 2021. They expertly installed tank to fire the gas fireplace that we had them install, and their ongoing delivery service has always been timely and reliable - no easy feat for our somewhat remote location. We are totally satisfied.
We are out of state, and never have to worry about running out of propane. They can use our card on file to pay our bill.
