Timely refills are r great now that it is on automatic and being monitored! Last year the automatic refill was somehow missed that resulted in the tank being empty in the depths of winter. Upon our frantic call, you quickly sent out a delivery do my wife who was alone at the mountain home. Mistakes happen but all now seems fine - Gary Last name removed
When I can get through your phone system and actually talk to an associate, your office service is good. At the moment, the access to my account is blocked because my password was changed, although not by me. When service actually occurs -- delivery of gas, gas log maintenance -- it is good.

I am able to go on the app to request a delivery and pay my invoice. They also monitor my usage so I don’t really have to request a delivery, they just come and fill it up so I never run out.
Responsiveness
I don't have to worry about the refilling of my tank. They keep up with when I am due for gas. That saves me time by not having to go by the office or having to make a phone call. Y'all are awesome!

They responded promptly when my parents' fuel ran out. They sent someone from Sylva late at night in freezing weather to replenish their supply. My regular delivery man always patiently and confidently answers any questions I have about the tank, possible leak or products they sell. He even throws the ball for my border collie.
We love our driver, but we are not happy that our local office is closing. I hate that Freeman was taken over by Superior, a Boston Company.
