I enjoy being able to call the local off with concerns, questions or bill pay. I am not happy with the online payment system as it requires last months bill, and layers of info just to pay. When I called your superior gas phone bank, once again, it was problematic.
It is so nice to talk to a vocal voice that is able to easily answer a question and help. Freemans has always been great. Please don’t let Superior mess you up!

I am not that familiar with other gas providers but recently we ran out of gas and the response time was impressive. I would have given a 10 but the follow up to a failed pressure test was not done when promised.
