Friendly and clean environment
Sense of community and good facilities
The variety of classes, the friendliness of the staff. I also like that I can utilize any YMCA of the Triangle location as well out of the area Y’s when I travel.
Much better than AE Finley, more space, friendlier staff, better kids place. I wish Taylor was closer.
Love the Northwoods Elementary School team. They've been so helpful with our daughter and her behavior issues. She's now thriving.
As with all of the Y AfterSchool Programs, the children are learning, they're active in play and are discovering new things they've probably never discovered before. The Directors and the Counselors are knowledgeable in their skills and friendly as well.
Love the classes and the excellent instructors. That's why I go to the Y. Shout out to Janine, Jee and Meralis!
Very friendly staff, great classes, amenities
Maylee is very friendly, and Sarah does an excellent job at communication.
My husband and I had a great experience. Donovan we greatly appreciate you touring us and teaching us how to use the fitness equipment correctly, We are more excited now to spend more time at the gym. We love the location and come on weekends because during the week we have to go to the YMCA that is closest to our home Holly Springs. We like Taylor the most. We like the set up and the staff. Holly Springs seems to have some challenges for growth. We tend to have to wait a bit for machines. We love the YMCA and look forward to taking classes and getting ourselves physically fit1
I love the facilities. The equipment is in great condition, and it’s not too noisy. I love the Matrix videos on the treadmills! It makes my workout so easy and interesting. Everyone is so nice and friendly too.
i like ymca because we injoy whole family
Both indoor and outdoor activities! Pickle ball courts outside and inside plus, year around swimming pool!
I divided my time between Taylor and NW based on Thrive classes and instructors. The classes and instructors are great. Facility wise, I prefer NW. Its more spacious and airy.
Excellent and well maintained facilities. Very curteous and helpful staff. Group classes avaiable for Yoga.
Atmosphere and staff are great!
Personnel all seem caring and polite
The counselors are awesome!
I like that my girls are happy going there after school.
Great friendly staff
My daughter has been going since kindergarten, now in grade 4, and still comes home happy and excited about something new she learned or took part in
Love the hours for working parents
Fitniss classes and sense of community
Casey found a jump rope for me and showed me how to use a new piece of equipment. Also she said she would order more jump ropes.
Plus, your steam room was working at full power! So happy about that, don’t replace it with dry infrared sauna like Kraft did. Big waste of money, nobody likes it.
To be perfectly honest, I have availed myself of only a few of the amenities available at the Taylor YMCA, but here are my reasons for continuing to be a member:
1. Casey Tucker. She is pretty-much the only reason that I am still working out at the Y. Her expertise in assessing what I need to work on, how far to push me, and cheerful professionalism make it a pleasure for this old man to attempt to maintain some vestige of muscular/cardio health. Such personal service is not inexpensive, but my CFO deems it a worthwhile investment in extending my tenure in our marriage. Unfortunately, as is often the case, Casey's energy, people-skills, personality, and work-ethic have made her a valuable staff asset to the Y, so she has been given more and more organizational responsibilities. I will remain her client as long as she can make the time for me.
2. The men's locker room amenities. Casey can do only so much to encourage me to come to the Y and work out regularly. (Being retired means you are busier than when you were working for a living.) A few soothing minutes in the sauna and steam room, followed by a soothing shower, goes a long way towards replenishing the ATP I burned up in my session with Casey. (Aside: after years of dealing with an apparently under-spec'd boiler, they now have a steam room the Romans would have died for!)
3. The unfailingly cheerful and helpful staff/voluteers at the Taylor Y. It's obvious that a primary criterion for working there is having a sunny disposition and genuinely liking people.
I realize this is probably 'way more answer than you had question, but I figure that you will excerpt from it what you can use for promotional purposes, and if it prompts any well-deserved recognition of the valuable asset you have in Casey, all the better.
It’s a great program for parents who cannot pick up the kids from school.
My daughter loves the program, and the staff (Jonathan, especially) are cordial and communicative.
Really convenient, has great counselors (shout-out Cooper!), we feel like our son is in a safe environment when he's there, and our son loves going! He always wants us to drop him off early to give him maximum time. Thank you to everyone involved for making it such a great experience.
Safe and fun care for my child!
Great facility! Only been coming one week yet I’m impressed. Walking track and sauna are excellent.
My kids love this program. The staff is always super nice and my kids have so many more new friends.

The facility and its equipment are top notch and the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
