Quality facility and friendly staff
The atmosphere of the Taylor Family YMCA is very positive and community oriented, so I feel uplifted every time I check in. My primary use is for group fitness classes which are well organized and led by experienced and motivating instructors. The emphasis is on wellness for all, not just athletes.
I like that the classes are at a consistent time and led by the same people for the most part. I love that I’ve gotten to know some members and instructors because we all go to the same classes. It’s not just good for my physical well being but also my mental well being.
Taylor YMCA is very welcoming. You update equipment, flooring, etc. to enhance the member experience. I've enjoyed Thrive events and meeting new people.
Great place with great staff and great classes.
I've recently rejoined after a number of years away, and I appreciated that the staff helping me with a new membership card welcomed me back.

First and foremost, the convenience of it! I don't have to worry about leaving work early to pick up my kids. They're well taken care of and there are plenty of activities for them to do while at afterschool. All of the counselors are nice and energetic.
My daughter enjoys it and it fits my work schedule needs.

Overall we're pretty happy. One of my few complaints would be just not a ton of visibility into what the kids do each day, how they're doing, etc.
Super nice facility with plenty equipment; really happy to see them bring in more squat racks along with very nice Rogue lifting platforms; they do a great job of maximizing the use of space for free weights
My kids love going to the Y after school program. They say it's their favorite part of their day.
Beautiful, clean, facility. Visible staff available to assist when needed. Nice workout machines and equipment maintained in good working condition.
My only recommendation would be to lower the temperature in the steam room and sauna. Both seem to be set very high.
