Staff are friendly and caring. They spend time getting to know each child and how to work with them. My child is always happy when I see her playing outside. The arts and crafts are enjoyed and the help with homework is an added bonus.
Lots of options for different types of exercise. Great teachers.... especially Meralis and Valerie for Zumba, Pamela for yoga
The staff are very friendly at the Taylor, family YMCA. I I primarily use the pool to swim laps. It is very well cared for always clean. You can count on it being open and the water at a consistent temperature.

It is five minutes from my house and I enjoy that it has pools classes and Pickleball. My son also enjoys training with weights, so it works for all of us!

YMCA got most activities for every age of the family according to our preferences of likes. Also great customer service experience.
Staff friendliness
They have a good variety of early morning classes. The locker rooms are clean. There are so many different pockets of fitness equipment that it does not seem crowded. I like the indoor pool and that they keep the water fairly warm.
Tha a.m swim instructors for adults and lifeguards are wonderful. They are encouraging and you certainly feel that you are in great hands.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean and fresh throughout.
The classes
It has all the equipment that I currently need to stay healthy. The locker rooms are a great convenience. I would just say that they can change the curtains in the shower room. And upkeep the hooks or change them.
I enjoy the quality of the instruction offered in group classes as well as the sense of community among the members.
The facility is pleasant and in very good condition.

Great staff
I love the group fitness classes and staff. Cycle classes are excellent with great teaching by Jasmine, Dan, Jackie, Tony, Jenn, and others. They lead us through tough workouts and are conscientious about cueing form corrections. I also enjoy kickboxing with Shantelle and Jasmine because it's a workout that can be adapted to many levels. Strength and pilates classes are also wonderful.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
We like meeting other “health consious” adults like ourselves.
I Love the aqua aerobics. We used to love the children activities, always educational yet increased activity level for youngster. Ours is now 23 so he’s in a different stage. Would like to see some selection for young adults. Would like to be

Everyone is so friendly!
I appreciate the welcoming feeling that comes from every single staff member, trainer, teacher and coach I’ve had contact with… I think that is what sets the tone at the Taylor Y.
My only concern is how challenging it can be to find a class (yoga or strength or pilates etc) that isn’t fully booked within SECONDS of availability. I wish I could offer a suggestion on how to address this issue, but I just don’t know how it can be fixed. I guess this makes me a ‘problem spotter’ rather than a ‘solver’.
Regardless, it does not dim my enthusiasm for what you do and what you offer!
