I like the fact that Poyner offers hot yoga and the facilities are great. The instructors are nice, especially Ms. Dana :) My only complaint would be parking but it’s manageable
I love Grit, Hot Yoga, clean facility and friendly staff. There doesnt seem to be hot water in the showers.
I love the central location and general vibe of Poyner. The facilities, particularly the Locker room, are fantastic. I hope that the Y maintains and invests in this location.

The great staff the cleanliness of the facility and equipment also The cleanliness of the men’s locker room, It would’ve been nice if they had a sauna .
The only problem is parking other wise five star!

The facility is clean! Workers friendly! Exercise instructors very informative and detailed with cues in class. I’ll definitely return!

I like the friendly staff, the clean and new facility and the great offerings of yoga and Pilates classes.
The staff is really wonderful, and cardio equipment is really good. Locker rooms are nice as well. Only down side is some of the weights are kind of old though and could be updated.
The gym is always clean! Great equipment!

Staff is friendly and learns your name. Hot yoga study with the cool sweet smelling towel is incredible!
