Friendly staff, great hot yoga classes! I love how new and well maintained everything is. I feel comfortable going to the gym. You really hire great people that make the place special.
Parking is a bit tricky and the homelessness situation is getting worse which makes it sometimes rather unsafe to walk downtown.

Hot yoga! Great instructors and a wonderful environment, also the only branch in the area with a space for sled work.... So good for my knees!
Locker rooms were clean. Towels service was nice having both bath and hand towels . Self service lockers were very convenient.
