I like the fact it's an "adult" community and more for those who are focused on building powerful bodies, and I love that I can go to other locations, which I do, to have other Y experiences. I love the look of the building and the professional atmosphere. I love the cleanliness of it all.
What a beautiful facility right in downtown Raleigh! I like all the windows and big airy spaces. I hope the YMCA will add hot yoga to other locations too.

The Poyner Y is a perfect combination of a downtown trendy gym mixed with a community center where people know your name and you can feel connected no matter the time you show up.
