I have found all the staff and instructors at Poyner to be very friendly, responsive and professional.
My rating simply reflects the absence of amenities in this heavily urban gym for which a track and pool are not offered. The location, however, gets and 11 .

Every yoga instructor i have had has been great.
I love the heated studio and knowing that when I complete my class, I’m rewarded with a cool lavender towel. My favorite classes are Hot Pilates Fusion with Cody and Hot Sculpt with Patrick. The instructors challenge you in the best way while still creating a supportive and motivating environment. I always leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and ready to come back for the next class.

I love the hot yoga classes, spinning, and sauna. They make driving almost 30 minutes worth every second I am there.

The facility is clean and has quality equipment. It is very close to my work. It is well-used but rarely too crowded.
The equipment is carefully selected; I almost always have what my trainer wants me to use. The staff is friendly and well-informed. I like all the light from the windows. And we're friendly with several of the other people who work out there, which makes it a bit of a social event.
The staff! Pam and the rest of the team create such a family environment that it motivates me to go to the gym and thus reach my fitness goals.
