When I walked into the Poole Family Y I honestly felt like I was home. Malinda and Melissa helped me get a membership which was FREE with my insurance. I started Start Strong with Laura the next day and was very impressed! It was fun and over the last year and a half I have made many friends and had so much fun in the classes!!
Before I came here, I was isolating and feeling very sad and old. The Y brought me to a better place in my life and I will always be grateful.
Stretch and Restore class
I usually workout 4-5 days per week and every day is different. I typically go during the daytime however since trying Zumba with Jillian on Wednesday nights, I have rearranged my schedule. I love her class! My two daughters take this class with me every week. Jillian is such a positive, fun and energetic person. We look forward to our time together taking this class!
I love the community feeling in and around exercise classes. The people are so friendly. The instructors are so knowledgable. The Y makes attaining & maintaining one’s personal fitness FUN.
Employees are super friendly and real. The place is clean and enjoy its location. I am happy with your Christian values.
However, I wish there was more space! Why do you need so many ellipticals? They are barely full.
Also will you be building a Y in Fuquay? I’ll be moving in that area and don’t want to go to any other place.
