Family restrooms & locker rooms! My kids get creeped out by the Under 18 locker rooms at Taylor Y, which is our home base Y location. They are crazy nice at NW Cary. It’s just not as conveniently located to our home in Apex as Taylor.
I love the flexibility of hours, the group fitness programs, senior activity awareness, the excellent facility, and friendly staff.
Very clean, loved the dedicated yoga studio. Young woman at the desk, dark hair, new employee was very friendly and particularly helpful.
It starts with the man at the front desk and the trivia question… The gym goers are nice and considerate and there’s lots of great equipment.

I enjoy your classes and your instructors are professional and knowledgeable! The staff is attentive and courteous. The locker room is clean and I enjoy using the sauna after a workout. It’s the best value for the money!

I love Janine's Strength: Lean and Cut classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She hits all of the muscle groups and each class is different.
I love Emily C's Sunday Yoga: Vinyasa Flow class. This class has improved my core strength, balance, and flexibility. It is always a good challenge.
The bathrooms are always clean. I often take a shower at this YMCA and the showers are clean.
The only suggestion I have is to improve the water bottle filling station by the basketball courts. It is extremely slow.
The Y is clean, well -kept and staffed by good people. It has a number of rooms for classes to be held at the same time which is wonderful for its members.

The staff makes sure the kids have a fun time. We don’t have a local support system so we lean heavily on the Y for days when we need after school care or day camp during teacher work days. It’s a great feeling to have a safe fun place for our son to go when we are unable to be home ourselves.

Facilities are new and five minutes from where I live. The programs, people and equipment are as good as any fitness club I have ever belonged to, and there have been many.
So far great experience. I wish there were meditation classes as well. Thank you.
