Friendly and fun
Great location, good equipment, fantastic service. However, the pool schedule moves around a lot and the app is slow and although the right info is in the app it's a little cumbersome to navigate.
The staff is friendly and the environment is spectacular. I love going here and my kids play in the sports programs offered at the Y. It's an excellent place to go.
The childcare staff was fantastic! Both of our kids felt really comfortable with them and had a great time while my husband and I were able to work out. Thanks so much!
Steam room
Very good
The new weight machine and free weight set-ups are substantially improved. This is not my standard Y as it is not close to my home; therefore, I don't visit it unless my child has an activity near it. I greatly enjoyed my visit to this location recently as compared to a few months ago, when the workout floor was more challenging to get to squat racks and there were fewer assisted weight machines to access.
I was very impressed with the various squat racks added near the larger free weight area and the leg machines added near this same location.

Constant checking on the members and number of people coming to gym given period of time, added more equipments recently . Its great decision

The people are very mice, professional, well informed, effective and efficient. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Equipment is well maintained and kept up to date. The layout of the facility is very logical and efficient for circuit training and time management.

I like the people. I like Lori, Jenny, Fei Tan, Samia, Trudy, the girls in charge of the Locker room. I like everyone there.
The facility is good to great. The equipment is fine. Some weights need to be renewed. Other than that it’s good. Sauna room is good. Steam room has faint urine smell that has been there since before Covid. The shower facility is good. The pool is good. The locker room has been great as always. I can stay there forever, but I won’t. 😄

Fitness Classes offered
The NW Y is one of the best locations out there. The facilities are great but more amazing is the wonderful and caring community. The teachers are awesome too, go Zumba!
The facility is fantastic and has a lot to offer, specifically the gym/workout area, the fitness classes, and the very nice locker rooms (with sauna and steam room).
