Great facility, classes, instructors and staff!
I like that it’s close to my job so I can workout on my lunch break. It is also great that when my child is tracked out I can be close for pickups.

I am returning after a sixteen month hiatus from the Northwest Cary YMCA. Thankfully my BCBSNC offers, effective January 1, 2025, through a program called Fit-On, the ability to have a membership at the YMCA that is paid for by my BCBSNC Medigap plan.
I missed the YMCA not only for the great equipment, sauna, and steam room, but also the kind and supportive staff. It is good to be back!

The staff is fantastic and personable and helpful to anyone and everyone who needs it. Even the equipment and facilities are well maintained. I'm a regular attender, almost every day and it's part of my routine.

I like everything about this location. Clean facility with convenient location. Staffs are so FRIENDLY! The only thing that I feel like it can be improved is the people who is using the Sauna room, every time when I walk into the Sauna room, I saw most people are holding their phone in the Sauna room even when there’s sign posted on the door says sauna room it’s technology free.

We love everything about this facility. The building itself is architecturally spectacular, the staff is wonderful and kind. The classes are great, the heated outdoor pool requires stamina in the winter but even that feature is pretty interesting. Thank you NW Cary YMCA!!

The instructors are amazing—I love the group fitness program!
You have large Group Exercise rooms with great wooden floors that are perfect for practicing dance. And you keep them clean so we can practice immediately without having to stop to clean up. Also, your hours and fees are reasonable and your staff is friendly and efficient.
