Good selection of areas to workout - like the multiple areas for free weights/general exercises and stretching, love how open, modern, and bright it is. Locker rooms are nice, good area for the cardio equipment unlike the Taylor Y!

Towels provided. Very clean facility. Lots of cardio options. Lockers with code access. Gender-neutral sauna. Can’t wait to try the pool, group classes, and kids club.
Everything specially the kid zone
Everyone was very helpful! The staff goes out of their way to help. I just attend the Tai Chi class in this YMCA. The instructor is excellent and the other students were also helpful. I will continue to attend the Tai Chi class here.

Great environment, excellent equipment and very friendly staff. Have great programs for kids and teens. I really enjoyed the classes especially Zumba classes. Amazing place for the family to spend time together!!

I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at the Northwest Cary YMCA. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. It truly feels like a community where everyone is supported in achieving their wellness goals.
I like that it isn’t super expensive & it has pretty much everything I need. Steam room, sauna, pool, classes, weight room etc. I like the classes I often take the weight lifting classes. The Pilates class is great too!
The people who start, teach and attend the classes are outstanding. I always look forward to getting to the Y.
