Friendly and clean
Fantastic staff, awesome hours, love the updated equipment!!!
I like the location, pickle ball, and pool. They need bigger towels, a steam room, and a different setup for the women’s showers (tiny cubicles with curtains that move every time someone walks by is nerve wracking for modest or anxious women. The ones at Finley and West Cary are 100 times better with real doors/ larger stalls, not in a walkway). The showers and tiny towels are the worst part at this location.
All instructors are awesome and I love the size of the building. Not crazy big. Classes fill up quick but I like the class sizes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My home Y is Poyner because I work close to that location and where I signed up but my second home is Kerr! Can’t wait to try more at Kerr.

Great experience the water showers need fixing. The hot and cold water does not regulate. They need new fixtures and water adjusted I love the trainers in the water pool classes

We joined after Rex Wellness Wakefield closed. Very pleased with facility and staff friendliness. Primarily just use the pool.

I was in Lifetime almost 10 years and I decided to come back to YMCA. I was amazed how clean and organized this place was and I even talked with the manager and I told him that how clean this place was. Front desk lady was very nice and the machine that I was working with I can say it was much better than Lifetime. I am going to get personal training and I am very happy I came back to this place. Thank you
