The people. The staff is engaging and caring and they focus on providing a fun thoughtful experience for the kids.
They took the time to get to know my son and figured out how to navigate through his emotions that he has a hard time expressing on his own.

Love this Y. Staff is amazing and super friendly. The level of service is consistent which is also amazing. No matter who is working it's always excellent.
Friendly environment
Front desk staff is great -- friendly and helpful. Towels are always ready.
Locker rooms are clean and has so far been easy to find an open locker on my daily lunch time visit.
The new weight room is great. I don't personally have anything to compare it to, but the members I've spoken with have said it's a huge upgrade.
I've yet to use the studio spaces or attend a class, but it's on the list!
The basketball rack in the gym area never has any decent balls, and I was frustrated dragging one in with me everyday for a 10 minute cardio session, so I dropped off 2 news balls on the rack today as a gift to the gym community that has been so far very welcoming.
I look forward to the outdoor pool in the summer, though with tempered expectations of how crowded it might be! Thanks!

I really enjoy my experience at this Y. Gary is amazing. He is so friendly and he values the members at the Y. I really enjoy Cuqui's classes also. She does an amazing job teaching Zumba and strength training.

I like that the staff is super friendly and helpful - the facility is always clean - there is also a small comfortable feel vs a big corporate gym like Planet Fitness. It is a very welcoming place.

The woman I spoke to about joining was extremely informative asking me about my insurance which enabled me to join free. I spoke to others at Rex who had been there but was not informed of United Healthcare policy.

LOVE the Kerr Y--so many opportunities for fitness. Particularly love the Barre, Pilates, Mat classes and Yoga. All instructors are knowledgeable and and enthusiastic.
