The desk staff is friendly and helpful. There is, almost always, clean towels. Cardio machines are often not available. They often serve as de facto babysitters with children pedaling often in excess of 30 minutes while playing video games on their phones.
The facilities, the pools, the changing rooms are all neat, clean and wonderful. Almost always space available on any of the equipment, even when it is most crowded. There is a wide variety of classes available (but I wish you would offer Tai Chi).
Great clean facilities. Lots of exercise classes. Wonderful staff
Everyday my son comes home with a smile on his face excited to tell me about the fun he had during the after school program via the YMCA. Every morning he’s eager to get ready for before care, to hang out with friends as well as gain maturity with the older kids. The counselors are very respectful and display leadership skills among the children.
I love being able to come to the Y and have child watch so that I can play pickleball with friends and get work done in the lobby when I need to.
The price meets my budget and everyone is so welcoming and friendly
Aqua Fitness classes and the instructors
Chair yoga with Sue and Kelly.
All the classes.
The counselors are awesome and seem to be great with the kids.
They provide a safe and friendly environment for my kids. They always have a great time and cannot wait until they go back the next day.
We have had a wonderful experience. All the counselors have been great

Friendly staff. Excellent surroundings
Well kept facility. The people working there are helpful and friendly. The 1 class I have taken so dar was really good
Love the chatty and helpful staff! Makes it feel like a fun home, and less stress while we work out.
Do NOT love the new software on the treadmills/bikes. We went from having a fun, fast, colorful solitaire game to a tedious, one-color, hard-to-handle one. Aargh! There goes my morning wake-up activity! Hate it.
Very friendly people and great facility.
I like that united health one pass pays for it, being Im disabled and pulling $45 fee that increased $13 a year didnt fit my budget... max ssi for disabled is 960.... not enough to live by... so Im thankful UnitedHealth and ymca have partnered to better peoples health like myself.... thankyou! Its been an honor
The pool
Staff is always super friendly. Lots of great classes.
Great staff
I love the increased options of Thrive classes. Hopefully Thrive Pilates is in someone’s thought process to add too.
The staff and teachers are so friendly and fun to exercise with.
Great classes with fun instructors, comfortable atmosphere, pleasant indoor track
I have belonged to the for 19 years and enjoyed it very much. The only problem is I wished they would get the sing in times Right
The people are the major best part of the company
Racquetball courts; Indoor walking track; kind and helpful staff; really nice, respectful, well mannered teenagers walk over after school and come on weekends (kudos to their parents!). Enjoy the coffee machine, with decadent creamers, and I just really like the overall vibe at the Kerr Y. Marla Cates
The facility is always very clean. They could use a new locker system though..
I have had to call front desk numerous times to open my locker.
Love the water aerobics and teachers. Love the consistency of the classes being everyday at the same time. It works well with my schedule.
I often use the track before my swim class.
Friendly front desk people.
yes I like Kerr Y

I love the Kerr Y and the updated weight room as well as the free weights area where the climbing wall used to be. however, I go at 5:30 in the morning and it has been very crowded, also despite the signs not to use your phone on machines, I do still see people taking up the weight machines for an excessive amount of time while they’re on their phones.
