the organized and professional care of the counselors. better experience than other camps we have used. understanding most counselors are younger and using for a summer job. they are very professional and seem to really care bout the kids.
pickup / drop Last name removed procedure is very organized and appreciate that! we also liked the newsletters before the week so we can plan out out.
one item i would encourage to adjust- Kona ice and having to pay for it during the day. maybe a better process to charge upfront for it and include everyone in the treat. the one day we forgot cash for our camper i felt terrible and I'm sure she did too. that way everyone gets a treat at that time and don't have to worry about cash exchange for young kids. and some kids are not left out.

The Kerr YMCA is a great place—staff is friendly & most helpful; the facility is well run & a very safe environment/building that is well maintained; and the program offerings are numerous & offered at very convenient times. I believe the membership fee is very reasonable.
The staff is professional, always willing to help. They actually speak to you upon Henry the facility speaking to you as you leave always with a smile answers your questions in a timely manner. The facility is very clean. Everything is clear to read so that we can understand it. There are a lot of activities for adults as well as children. I really enjoyed the facility.
I appreciate the diverse range of equipment and as a retiree knowing I have the flexibility to attend when it is not crowded.
Enjoy the morning coffee as well!
Classes, instructors and the Y community
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Machines are clean. I rarely wait for equipment. Lots of cardio options.

Preeminent Counselors with a strong support system. My daughter enjoys going to camp and look forward to speaking with the counselors she was saddened when her favorite counselor left for the summer. They displayed character traits each day. Kerr Family counselors was responsive and attentive when needed. I greatly appreciate YMCA Kerr Family. Thank you for helping my daughter have a great summer experience!

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help me. Having to use a walker, the workers at Kerr and the people attending have been most kind and always make me feel a part of Kerr. I'm so glad that I joined and will continue to lift up everyone's praises. David J. Cope

The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, the class instructors are high energy people that make exercise class fun and challenging at the same time.
Since I’ve been a member of the YMCA my overall health has improved significantly. I rest better at night, have more energy and vitality during the day, and I feel stronger and more confident in my everyday life.
