Group fitness Classes, sauna, workout room, facilities are very clean and childcare is a blessing.
The Finley Y has wonderful staff that knows my disabled brother by name. He has been giong there almost every morning for years with various care-givers. The Finley Y team shows the caregivers where Mikey usually goes for exercising and they are attentive to his needs.
My daughter was so scared on her first and second days at camp. On the 2nd day I picked her up and she was elated that she had received camper of the day!! This boosted her confidence so much and helped her with her camp anxiety!
I've loved the structure of the program. Expectations are very clear and I think that the kids thrive in having that structure to play and be creative in. I have been very pleased with our experience - this is our first YMCA day camp experience, and it will not be our last.
The people are understanding and I trust them to keep my child out of trouble, while I’m working, with activities or allowing her to read a book instead.
-side note- would like to see help with homework/ more time to work on homework, if needed. But I understand

My child had the opportunity for new experiences like archery and canoeing, as well as meeting new people.
I feel so fortunate to have the YMCA in my daughter's elementary school and for summer camp. At Brooks, Mr. Sidbury and the counselors are the highlight of my daughter's day. Thank you for everything that you do. It means so much to the children and to the parents.
My daughter has loved Day Camp at A.E. Finley YMCA. She can't stop talking about all of the friends she has made, games she has learned, and songs she has sung. I am very impressed with how much the counselors fit into her day and how much they care about the kids. I cannot recommend this camp enough!
My kid has come home happy both days of camp so far! He seems to stay very active and has had fun playing basketball and swimming. I am very happy sunblock application has seemed to be appropriate also!

I love the variety of group fitness classes. All of the instructors are amazing. It's so fun and challenging to participate in group fitness.
My son always has a great time at A.E. Finley day camp. He also told me that he wants to be a YMCA camp counselor when he grows up. He likes his counselors over there very much.
I like the variety of classes and instructors. I'm also starting to learn to play pickleball, and I appreciate the fact that beginners are welcome at some of the time slots.
The new sign-up policy is a bit of a challenge. I find I am signing up for, and going to, less classes because I'm afraid I won't know I can't make it within the 2-hour window.
I love Finley Day camp. The counselors are kind & always have engaging activities for all children.
The location, the facilities, the staff, the activities, the bead system! Our kids love it and come home hungry and tired! They are ready to rest and do it all over again the next day!

My son had a great time! We were impressed with the quickness of the pick up/drop off line, much improved from last year.
The staff are always so welcoming when you check in and the instructor’s make newcomers feel at ease during their first class. Everyone is just so helpful and supportive. The restrooms are always clean too.
I enjoy the classes, the instructors give a good workout, and the facility is always clean-- PLUS there is a true sense of community there that doesn't come naturally everywhere.

Lots of choices for classes. Facilities are clean and updated. I great family vibe about it. I love being able to go to different yncas when I’m in a different part of town. However, it is getting a bit crowded

Instructors are great!
