Swimming
I have not been swimming in 3 years. It is my favorite!
The steam room and sauna are also pretty awesome.

The Nir Y continues to try to serve as many interests and passions for members as possible.
There is a sense of belonging coming into the front door. Whether you’re headed upstairs to tackle a personal trainer session or a Yoga class, head to the pool then enjoy the sauna or shoot some hoops it’s all there and more.

Front desk folks are greet! Facilities are terrific.
Nir is great! I’m enjoying my Total Body Fit Lite class with Stephanie. I am pleased that she is adding more cardio to her class. Allon is doing a great job too welcoming everyone. Overall it is a very well run Y with outstanding instructors.
