I have been going to the Nir Family YMCA for 6 months and there are so many things I like and appreciate about this Y. First of all I love the classes that are offered, especially the water aerobics and seated cardio/balance classes. Second, the instructors are all friendly and encouraging- you to do whatever your body can do. I have never heard any attitudes of intimidation. I also appreciate how clean this facility is. The women's locker rooms, bathrooms, steam room and sauna are always clean. This Y has added a gereat deal to my quality of life as a recent retiree. My adult daughter is also a member of NIR and she is able to take advantage of the daycare option which allows her to workout without having to pay the high cost of babysitters.
I truly feel a great sense of gratitude to the NIR. Thank you, Annette Morgan
