Water aerobics is great
The classes are very good , total body fit, body pump etc. friendly staff, the extra activities offered for families. Very clean facility.

I love everything about the Y and continue to look forward to going every week. Being greeted by Mona Lisa's warm smile is a great start to any day. I've taken classes with Susan, Gordon, Lisa, Angie, Lucila, James, Allyson, Sylvia, Natasha, Kelly, Charlotte, and Ben, and they have all been AMAZING! They all have different styles, but every one of them is friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable, supportive, and butt-kicking (ha!). Additionally, both the Nir and Midtown Y's are always exceptionally clean, and the staff is always helpful. I can't say enough about it and have recommended it to many friends. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!

I LOVE the Nir YMCA! Always friendly staff, clean equipment, and comprehensive gym and faculties. You have everything and MORE. It is such a gem in the community. I currently use the child care, the gym, the classes, the sauna, steam room, and the track and it all has been fabulous!!
