It is a family for me. I have done the exercise according my age and abilities. It is for everyone who wants to take care of their health. But I would like them ,the people in charge not to hide behind their office doors and come out and talk to members and ask them and listen to their needs and opinions. Not send them about their opinions on email. 90 percent just delete it.

I just signed up! I had a tour with Melanie and she is great! Very personable and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and offers more than I could have hoped. I’m so excited to start this journey to better health and very thankful for the pathways program to help those in financial need and to not hinder the healthy living experience.
I love how family friendly it is! I love all of the various classes and workout equipment! The price is very reasonable too for families!

The people who work there. They have always been friendly and greet me. My instructor cares about each person in her yoga class. Trish- Healthy Back and Bones.
I truly enjoy Deep Water Aerobics. It really helps to build muscle and relief from joint pain!!

Equipment and classes and child care
loved the NIR location. Very clean, updated, and full of things to do.
I do both shallow and deep water aerobics and really enjoy the classes. The instructors are very good a d make the classes go fast. Sorry the Y hS shortened the 1 hour class to 45 minutes.
So far everyone has been great and there are tons of options for classes.

The staff is incredible! Even the lady who manages the women’s locker room is friendly and helpful. The pool staff are wonderful and always help me find a lap lane. Edward is terrific! And the lady at the front desk EVERY morning even told me Happy Birthday when it came up in her computer.
Three of my grandchildren attend Y summer camp. Eventually I hope they take the counselor in training and become Y counselors!,,
