I think that the customer service was amazing on the day of my service. I was promised an update on pricing on potential car problems. I had to go in about 10 days later and address that I have not been called back with that estimate. Other than that I think the lobby presentation was different from what you see in other Automotive places. I also appreciated that they got me in right away. My only recommendation would be that they improve with their follow up system.

Every employee they have is kind and considerate, especially during the summer heat and offer water and even room temperature changes. They give many payment options and are very fairly priced. They also send a list of issues with prices and are more than timely on getting my vehicle back. Communication is impeccable. They offer shuttles to and from the shop and end the visit with a beautiful fresh cut flower. I’m sold!!!

Everyone we spoke with was very friendly. Communications while waiting for our car to be repaired was great. Diagnostic report was clear. I didn't feel they were upselling me items that were not necessary. They worked to ensure it car was completed same day. Highly recommend.

The folks at Christian Brothers are the BEST!!! Michael did an excellent job at diagnosing my problem and Brent kept me up to date on the progress and was such a wonderful person to speak to on the phone. Did I mention they dropped me off and even picked me up to get my car when it was ready. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers for any car repairs.
