They are very friendly and quick in the service. My first trip was with my pickup right after they opened. The second time, last week, was with my wife's time. i waited, and they were completely done in 30 minutes. They offered me a ride home, but I declined. They sent my wife a carnation. Thank you!

Everyone is so polite and they have pictures to help explain issues. They (the lawyers) don't want you in the shop, so the pictures help customers see the defects.
I waited almost 6 hours for my car. They offered to take me home. But the waiting area is like a hotel lobby. With my phone & wifi, free coffee and a clean bathroom. Nothing like a waiting area in the 80's. I have mobility issues & Mr. Gregg did run to get some food.

Super polite and friendly employees that are very knowledgeable. It is also very convenient that they have a courtesy driver.
