I called for an alignment due to tire wear issues I had from another alignment at a tire shop. I bought new tires and they got me in the next morning. Very friendly service. Honest work with clear updates and thorough inspection with detailed observations of worn bushings in the suspension. Impressed by the timely work, the honesty and fair price! They check all the boxes for a good service center. I haven't been able to say that until now.

Great service, great people, can’t go to a better auto repair shop

Christian Brothers is and will only be the only place I ever take my vehicle. They were honest, respectful, and very understanding. They knew my car had problems and they didn't bs their way through a sale. They told me what was wrong with my car and they wanted me to get my car fixed at a good honest rate. I am very thankful they fixed my check engine light and my AC.

Great experience using Christian Brothers Automotive in surprise. The staff are extremely friendly from the phone call making service appointment through the entire service. The prices were the best I have experienced and the work done was excellent. Genaro Bahena is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain work that was needed and zero pressure to have work done that was not immediately necessary. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend.

Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in their explanations. They truly only suggest the things that your car needs to for fixing, and not up-selling simply for the sake of charging extra money. Plus, the shuttle is an incredible extra benefit!

"Everything is great." I moved to Arizona two years agon and was fortunate enough to have my car maker refer me to CBA for warranty work. I have been a loyal CBA customer for those two years and will continue to take my car there for service. From the service staff at the counter to the mechanics, online appointments and help, I highly recommend having your car serviced at CBA.

Very courteous and hospitable as soon as you walk through the door. There wasn’t any pushy sales tactics. They fixed what I asked them to fix, told me about other issues that they found but not at all pushy about fixing those. Seems to be a very honest shop.

I had a problem with a repair made my Christian Brothers Automotive and when I brought my car back in they had the problem fix by the end of the day.
