What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

We were devastated to learn. We needed a complete engine replacement at a very high cost. Not what you expect on a 5 year-old car with 48,000 miles.

We have to say that the journey through this was excellent, and that everyone there went out of their way to help us as much as possible. The car runs great.

The whole team at CB in surprise was amazing. They helped me in a crisis really make all the stress melt away. They helped me get to and from home instead of being stuck at the shop all day. They took care of my car. Went above and beyond to get parts for me that were in warranty from other shops and transport the parts to their shop and get my car fixed. They were extremely helpful and kind and went far above and beyond for me.

They are friendly, professional & straightforward. They let you know what is happening at all times. Shuttled me to and from work while my car was being repaired. I have had service done on my vehicle both in the Surprise & Peoria locations and have been happy with the work done and their customer service. I initially used them as they came highly recommended by my son and a close friend.

I brought my car in for an alignment and found that I had other problems. Roberto helped me work through those problems very well. I'm very satisfied with your overall service. One thing that was particularly helpful was that I was running against the very tight time and Roberto was kind enough to send a person in my car and a person to take that person back which helped me a lot.

I liked the friendliness and courtesy of the employees, each and every one with whom I had contact, from the shuttle driver and the mechanic to those working at the counter. Christian Brothers Automotive was also able to diagnose and fix a problem with my car that two other mechanics/ garages had not been able to do! Yay! Thank you so much!

The bottom line is that they provided a premium service at an industry standard price, which is the same as most chain mechanic shops.

The only real gripe I have is that they told me they would be done same day, but weren't. It was getting later in the day when they started, and it was understandable that they would need to keep it overnight. The mechanic even got on the phone and explained why. Not a big deal.

I did alter my schedule to pickup the next day. But looking back, if I would have asked, they would have picked me or my wife up to get our car. I didn't think to ask until I had already picked up the car.
