I brought my car in for an alignment and found that I had other problems. Roberto helped me work through those problems very well. I'm very satisfied with your overall service. One thing that was particularly helpful was that I was running against the very tight time and Roberto was kind enough to send a person in my car and a person to take that person back which helped me a lot.
I like that I was explained things. Some times I feel like people dismiss me since Im a female in an auto shop and its a nice change to be treated with respect.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and over all exceptional. I brought my car in for an oil change and used the shuttle service. The driver was very kind. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for all my future services.

I liked the friendliness and courtesy of the employees, each and every one with whom I had contact, from the shuttle driver and the mechanic to those working at the counter. Everything Was perfect From the ride to and from My house to the one-day service to the honest diagnosis that I really didn't have a big problem with my vehicle and then of course the friendly people there thank you.

Professional and courageous service
They were attentive and timely. A pleasure to have found them.
The bottom line is that they provided a premium service at an industry standard price, which is the same as most chain mechanic shops.
The only real gripe I have is that they told me they would be done same day, but weren't. It was getting later in the day when they started, and it was understandable that they would need to keep it overnight. The mechanic even got on the phone and explained why. Not a big deal.
I did alter my schedule to pickup the next day. But looking back, if I would have asked, they would have picked me or my wife up to get our car. I didn't think to ask until I had already picked up the car.

We were devastated to learn. We needed a complete engine replacement at a very high cost. Not what you expect on a 5 year-old car with 48,000 miles.
