I Was tired of dealing with less than truthful auto repair shops in my area. CBA is new to my area and had above average customer reviews so I decided to take a chance on them, So far, so good. The repairs to my car were expensive but then again all repairs to Mercedes Benz's are expensive, plus my car is a 2012 model. This review is an initial review and I will be in a better position to review the repairs at a later date once I drive my car for a while longer.

As far as customer service goes, CBA is top notch. I dealt primarily with Alex and Ken. Alex was great to deal with and he kept me appraised, step by step, and provided detail explanations and videos regarding the issues with my car. CBA also provided a courtesy shuttle ride from their shop to my house and then picked me up at my house when the repairs were complete on my car. The shuttle driver, Charlie, was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, courteous, professional and funny as all get out!

Overall I give CBA a 10 with five star review.

Wonderful experience! Got right in for a "walk-in" oil change and brake check. I will definitely be going back soon to get my brakes repaired. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive if you are needing a good mechanic!

Took my new car to get oil changed and tire rotation and they we so nice. They will be seeing me every 3000 miles .

Scheduled my oil change that occurred on location’s Grand Opening so lots of pomp & circumstance such as free coffee & donuts, bbq’d burgers & hotdogs available for the customers. But more importantly staff was professional, courteous & the work performed was done at a fair price including multi point inspection w/estimate of any needed repairs was prompt & provided in a timely manner so I was back on the road with minimal down time.
I’ve already recommended the business to a friend with an automotive repair need.

Listen to what I wanted fixed. When started working they spent the time to do a complete check of my car in case something else needed to be looked at. Free shuttle home was a great help. Got my car fixed a lot sooner that I thought at a very fair oricry
