Great service. Was upfront with the inspection finding. Provided detailed recommended repairs. They were able to answer any questions we had regarding the recommended repairs. As an added bonus they warranty their work for 3yrs/36k miles. We have been to a few of the Christen Brothers locations in the west valley and they have all have exceeded our expectations. They are the ones we look for and recommend for our Auto service and repair.

Kept me updated throughout the process, didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need, and my vehicle was ready even earlier than promised. GREAT experience!

The technician told me what they thought my issue was with my AC after I described the problem. He gave me the exact cost, including taxes, to complete the repair. They went above and beyond my expectations as they even replaced my burnt-out blinker bulb and a couple of other items at no charge. These days it is so hard to find an automotive repair shop that you can trust and you don't leave feeling like you were just ripped off, but my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was that they are trustworthy and their repair rates are fair - my repair bill was actually less than I was expecting (not often you can say that). I will be using Christian Brother's for future maintenance and repairs on all three of our family vehicles. Thank you Christian Brother's Automotive for being a blessing!
