Water aerobics classes
You NEED to fix the internet or go with a different company, I like to use the internet to listen to music while working out, I was told you had it looked at, but clearly still not working. Time to call a different internet provider.
The only reason we have not left the Y is for the pool and we like to support the Y but this needs to be fixed. We can’t be the only ones bothered by this

You make it very difficult to discontinue a membership.
Everything except cell phones in the fitness center. Many members think it's the public library.
I am a retired YMCA professional... the YMCA has been my second home since 1978.
Love having daily water aerobics and gym available

Keep upgrading the facilities - lockers/bathrooms (shower heads in women's room are harsh on the skin), restrict staff lockers to smaller lockers in family hallroom. There are very few tall ones and they have claimed 2 near the pool and I believe 2 more near the hallway. When coming to the Y with multiple sports bags for activities (spin/swim/pilates mat) they don't fit in smaller lockers and require multiple locks. Or, at least have them all on the hall end, leaving the other ones near the pool near the bench for guests. Schedule open play (drop in) pickleball for members as done at other YMCA's.

I love the classes and exercising with other people getting out and socializing. I’m hoping more classes are added and some that haven’t been available. Come back like spinning.
The facility is clean, has adequate parking, and is conveniently located.

Number and variety of offerings. Am very sad that ct teachers healthcare will change 1/1/26 to Aetna and we will only have silver sneakers which you don’t take.
