Facility - the building is just past it's prime. The lockers are rusted, the showers and faucets frequently leak or are hard to use.

Love it! The kid watch helps us stay active with the littles. Sometimes wish there was more open swim times during the summer. Also wish you had a machine for reverse hyper in weight lift room.

The pool and the cleanliness of the locker room
The men’s locker room can be improved, that is, the cleanliness is below par. In my husband’s view, the standard has slipped versus the past. The floors and shower stalls in particular are the issue. The women’s room is the model to emulate. From my perspective and experience, the women’s locker room is very clean and comfortable.
The Adult Active Fit Class is beyond amazing and Our Instructor Colleen Villano makes it so !!! She is beyond amazing !!
The front desk ladies who typically work on Saturday and Sunday morning are not friendly to members. One in particular is rather rude and curt. All of the members talk about it. It's a terrible first impression when you walk in and check in at the desk to have to encounter these two.

For seniors who do not have United insurance please give us a break of a lower monthly fee.
I have a real problem when the fee is increased and have not been told about it in advance.

I like the facility is very welcoming and love the pool
Our YMCA has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is never overcrowded. I come regularly to use the gym, especially the rowing machine, treadmill, and elliptical, and sometimes even the free weights. Everything is in great order and clean. My son also has attended Camp Nonoma summer camp for the past three summers. It's a fantastic program.

We have been members almost a year and have loved this facility and their programs . We have an 8 and 5 year girls and they have enjoyed camp tepee and the gymnastics camp. My older daughter learned more swimming skills over the summer at camp tepee and it’s amazing to see her growth. My little one has learned SOOO much at gymnastics!! She has really focused and is growing in skills so much .
Very welcoming in something for every ability
Joann is a kind, thoughtful, sensitive and a total professional with vast knowledge about health and cancer survival. She is geniunely concerned and guides each one of us. I have truly never had such a thorough and clear orientation to workout equipment as Joann provided to us.
Looking forward to finding YMCA classes to join.

Not sure if my prior review was submitted. Wanted to give a shout out to Donna the receptionist. She is amazing. Very kind, greets everyone often by name and enjoys pleasant conversations all with a great sense of humor too. She is a great first face for the YMCA.
Great Staff, Clean Environment, friendly, courteous, helpful and understanding. Pool is beautiful and my exercise class is great. Thank you.
