The tour of the facility that we received was outstanding! The facility itself is very, very clean and organized. We love the fact that there are so many classes to choose from. The number one thing we like the most, is that there are biblical quotes on the walls!
Even though i live closer to Mel kormun ymca i go to Gordon because they have steps to go in the deep water. Ive met several people that go to Gordon y for the same reason. Love the fact you have water weights to use for excersising but i would love to see a water aerobic step out to use as well
My water aerobic classes Monday, Wednesday and fridays. Wonderful instructors that make the classes so much fun while we are getting great workouts. Thinking about searching out more classes too throughout the Y.
I love water aerobics and chair yoga. My grandkids love the pool. My granddaughter is on the swim team and her brother is given the opportunity to have swim lessons with an instructor who understands special needs. My 2 older grandsons join their parents week days at 5:00 am for family workouts. The hot tub is enjoyed by the adults too. Sumner is blessed to have such a beautiful facility with caring staff.

The Gordon Family YMCA is an incredibly nice facility. It always surprises me when I get to the parking lot and it looks like it couldn’t hold another car, inside the facility it never appears to be crowded!
It offers everything a person could ask for! The swimming pool is huge and is also very fun! For kids and adults alike.
Friendly, clean, helpful staff, near my home, my health insurance pays for my membership.
Great facility! You offer so much as far as exercise options, equipment, classes, etc. Wonderful programs for children also. My family was interested in joining along with me, until they realized the total amount, including child care is over $200 for their family of four.
The people and employees
I restarted my membership after having to be out for 6 months. The staff were very friendly and quickly got me back up and running. Very professional.
I'm a 71 yr old grandpa and I really enjoy the families. The little ones are such a joy to watch play.

I really like that people tell me to have a good day when I leave. Of course the whole place is tip-top. But the cherry on top, is that parting message, "have a good day." -- I look forward to it, it is so n-i-c-e, sometimes I worry I am going to make it out without hearing it, but then some hero shouts it out. Its just nice, and that missing from a lot of the world. The Y is smile of Sumner. Thank you.

Best Y I've been to.
You have so many things to do for adults and children. I could spend all day there doing things. From coffee time, bookclub, crafts to exercise and the pool. I have not seen a Y with so much to offer.
The group fitness classes. The workout equipment. The community family friendly atmosphere.
I love that this Y follows with Christian values and has chapel for prayer. We really love the indoor walking track also the layout of the gyms!

The water aerobics teachers on Monday, Weds., and Friday. Jenna, Bobby Jo, and Emma....makes the class enjoyable.
