I like that you have a area so we can walk and not get rain on us. Plus it's flat. Then goes on the bikes for a time. I like hot tub for my feet and hips.
I did go for a week then show the machine I can take my weight. Within a week I did see myself losing some weight. So my goal is to get off 2 meds so I can do this in a month.

There is so much to choose from in the way of exercise. The atmosphere is good and people are happy to be there.
I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the conduct of one of your employees that stands at the front desk during morning hours.
Repeatedly, I have noticed this employee standing idle at the desk for extended periods, when his duties include maintaining the gym equipment's cleanliness. While I appreciate that some downtime might occur, the frequency and duration of these instances seem excessive and could impact the gym's environment and service quality.
Addressing this issue could enhance the experience for members and improve overall operational effectiveness. I am confident that with appropriate guidance, this can be resolved to align with the gym's high standards.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing continued improvements and enjoying my experience at the gym.

I wanted to message you after meeting you with Jason at the pool today. My experience at this Y has been excellent. You have a friendly and welcoming staff and provide a great service to the community. Jason in particular is a real asset, and one of the people I look forward to seeing. He shared another patron’s concerns on the matter of steam room behavior as users were pouring water onto the sensor to create steam on demand, and that this is damaging to the system. I suggested that a quick and even temporary note stating that this practice will destroy the steam room we so enjoy, and that should be enough to stop the practice. I think most of us respect the rules, but unfortunately occasionally need to be reminded. Thank you for being here for us in this community, and for me as big a benefit as that beautiful mountain I see out my window!
Cleanliness and polite staff
I love this gym and come here 5 days a week. I've noticed some issues i should bring to light. You have an employee that stands at the front desk for hours in the morning talking to the front desk girl. I have had questions and wasn't able to ask due to them engaged in conversation. Today at the gym, the men's shower is not draining and is flooding the stalls. The same employee walked in the locker room, made the paper towel dispenser put out a paper towel and walked out. As if he did a locker room check. The floor is flooded. The employee has shaggy long hair and a mustache. Not sure of his name but he definitely is not doing his job 100 percent.

The only improvement I would like to see is with the pool. Often pieces of the pool liner is floating in the kiddie pool, which needs a refresh.
It is a clean, Christian based center to gather, exercise, meet and feel very welcome. The staff is always helpful, courteous and friendly.
